Matt Anderson is a 25+ year IT veteran with a background in development, architecture and project management. He has led Cerner’s Enterprise Agile Transformation since its beginnings in late 2008 and is currently the Director of Cerner’s Enterprise PMO. A certified PMP since 2004 and PMI-ACP since 2011, he served on the PMI® Committee as the Integration Chapter Lead for the Fifth Edition of the PMBOK® Guide. Matt represents Cerner on the Steve Denning Learning Consortium, a group of large multi-national companies seeking to change the world of work through business agility. This think tank serves as a living lab for business agility experimentation and collaboration at the enterprise level. Matt routinely speaks on Agile and PMO topics at regional, national and international conferences, blending the two disciplines together to demonstrate how to generate consistent business outcomes at scale.
